How to Use a Sign in Sheet

Make it quick and easy for the chair person of the meeting to fill-in your sign in sheet. Even though it’s called a sign in sheet, there is no signature required by any parties involved. Before bringing the sign in sheet to the person charing the meeting, make sure to fill in the date, meeting name and the location (address). Most will give you their phone number, however do not pressure if they are uncomfortable.
